Several years ago the constant growth and demand for
plastics led us to
specialize in the field of injection, extrusion and blow tooling.
Plating, polishing and repair of mold and cavity surfaces has been the
largest part of our work since then.
We have plated and repaired more molds for lenses than any other company
in northern Mexico, including lenses for auto stereos, auto instrument
panels and head and tail lamps. Also, refrigerator transparent lids and
other transparent components such as fruit and vegetable drawers.
One particular application that we offer is our special
process to protect PVC molds.
We also serve this industry in other maintenance problems related to
wear of moving parts, corrosion of feed screws, etc.
